CONCERNING DISCIPLINE MEASURES

Dear Mr. & Mrs. John Doe,

 

The leadership of Boy Scout Troop 586 feels that Tom Doe’s behavior is not in line with the  Scout Oath and Scout Law.  Please find enclosed a copy of the “Scout Discipline Agreement” signed by Tom on (date) which you were sent a copy.

 

At this time we feel it is necessary to contact you about his behavior.  Please refer to the copy of his “Discipline/Behavior Record” which we have included. 

 

Please complete the bottom half of this letter and return to me by (date).

(Or leadership can request a conference with the parents and scout)
