Message from the Sports Service Group about identification

Please be aware that all group members must be able to provide proof of identity/age, at all times, while in the ballpark.

 

As stated on Page 5 of the contract booklet, under "General Work Rules"

5.1 (b) "All Group Members must bring proof of age to each event.  Only valid state driver's license or identification cards issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to non-drivers shall be accepted as proof of age.  If a Group Member fails to bring such identification he or she will not be permitted to work and that Group will not receive credit for him or her in computing payments hereunder."  Anyone who is unable to provide identification will be removed from the premises and ineligible to participate in the program until proof of identity/age can be obtained.  Identification generated by Sportservice (building ID) will not be accepted as proof of identity/age.

 

Further, all new volunteers must provide proof (as listed in paragraph

above) of identity/age in training sessions.  Any individual not able to provide proof of identity/age will not be permitted into the training session.

We have chosen the following dates as our 12 games.  We have to have a roster submitted 48 hours prior to the training date.  Each person has to go through the both training programs prior to working.  Each person completing the required training will earn $30 for the troop/Boy Account.

The 12 dates we have selected are:

All workers must report 3 1/2 hours prior to scheduled game start time.
If we do not provide the minimum # of workers (9), Sportservice will provide workers, but we have to pay
them $60.00 per game which comes out of our donation.  If we do not open the stand on time, our group will
be fined $250.
